Togetherall is a digital well-being platform where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and wellbeing. Togetherall is free for all USW students and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Togetherall is clinically moderated by mental health professionals and offers students a safe and anonymous place to explore your feelings and think things through.

How you can use Togetherall 

Community 
Togetherall offers an anonymous community for you to share how you’re feeling, listen and be heard. The community also offers the opportunity for you to support others and experience the benefits of giving support. 

Courses  
You can find courses specific to your concerns and learn techniques to proactively manage your mental health.

Resources  
Togetherall offers a range of tools, self-assessments and articles that help you to understand how you’re feeling.

There are also resources to track your progress, including journaling and goal tracking tools. 

How to join 

All USW students have access to free online mental health and wellbeing support with Togetherall. To join, visit Togetherall.com and:

  • Select ‘Join’ 
  • Select ‘I’m from a university or college’ 
  • Enter your student email address.   

You will register using your student email address, but your profile will be anonymous by choosing a username, which is how you are known on Togetherall.
