Visit our portal, register using your work credentials to create an individual log in to access items available across USW or uploading items you no longer have a use for.  

Yes, before adding or claiming items authorisation is required from your resource officer or departmental line manager.

Yes, training videos and clear instructions are available on the user dashboard when an account is created. Further guidance required, please contact [email protected].

28 days is recommended. When adding an item, the user can select when the listing ends, in addition to when the items are available to collect.

Each item the user views and option to ‘contact owner’ is available to ask questions.

As standard the portal will allow items to be claimed by external partners after 14 days. The user can override to internal only or external only when advertising the item or when the item is already active.

The user will receive an automated email with instructions on what to do next.

The ‘Owner’ is responsible for ensuring that items listed are described correctly and guidelines are followed. It is the ‘Claimant’s’ responsibility to ensure the item is safe and appropriate being used.
