Taster Day: Creative and Therapeutic Arts: Supporting wellbeing through creativity

This Taster Day offers your students a unique opportunity to explore how creativity can be used to support health, wellbeing, and personal development.

Through hands-on workshops and discussions led by practising artists and experienced lecturers, students will discover how the Creative and Therapeutic Arts degree can lead to careers in community arts, therapy settings, education, and healthcare. They’ll gain insight into how artistic skills can be combined with therapeutic approaches to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, all while experiencing what it’s like to study this rewarding and versatile subject at university.
