Immersed Festival Competition Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter 

This competition is run by Immersed Festival (“the Promoter”). 

2. Eligibility 

The competition is open to anyone who is 18 and over. 
Employees of Immersed Festival are not eligible to enter. 

3. The Prize 

The prize includes: 

• Guestlist entry for two people to Immersed Festival, redeemable at the door on Saturday 7th March. 
• £40 in vouchers for use at participating street food traders Pickled Pumpkin and Flour’d Up Pizza and the Tramshed Bar. 

Total prize value: £100. 

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative product or service. 

4. Validity & Restrictions 

The prize is valid on Saturday 7th March only and tokens must be redeemed by 9pm.

Vouchers can be used at Pickled Pumpkin and Flour’d Up Pizza and the Tramshed Bar.

Any additional restrictions include subject to availability and alcohol served in line with licensing laws. 

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram on Wednesday 4th March.

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

6. Redemption Process 

The winner will receive confirmation via Instagram DM and followed up with on email.

Guestlist names will be held at the door.

Vouchers will be collected on the day at the venue. 

7. Liability 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage incurred as a result of accepting or using the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 

8. Data Protection

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition.
