Everything you need to know

As a self-funding international student from Indonesia, you are eligible for a scholarship of:

£2,500 per year for undergraduate students
£2,500 per year for postgraduate students

This applies for courses starting in September 2024 and February 2025. You will be automatically considered for one of these awards when we receive your application.

Foundation Years are available to students who don't meet the academic requirements for entry directly onto year 1 of a Bachelor degree.

English Qualifications

For most undergraduate courses, applicants need IELTS of 6.0 or equivalent (with no less than in each component).

Academic Qualifications

Year One for those who have passed Year 12 of the School Leaving Certificate (Sekolah Menengah Atas/Madrasah Aliyah). Also known as the Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar (SMA/MA), with a minimum score of 56%
Applicants with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or A-Levels will be considered for admission to undergraduate degree courses
Holders of the D1 or D2 Diploma will be considered for suitable undergraduate courses according to the standard tariff
Applicants who have completed a relevant International Foundation Programme will be considered for undergraduate degree courses on an individual basis depending on the foundation programme in question

Applicants holding a Bachelor degree, also known as the Sarjana (S1) from accredited A universities with a GPA of 2.7/4.0 will be considered for postgraduate programmes
Applicants holding a Bachelor degree, also known as the Sarjana (S1) from accredited B universities with a GPA of 2.7/4.0 will be considered for postgraduate programmes
For reference, S1, Sarjana is equivalent to Bachelor Degree level, S2, Magister is equivalent to Masters level and S3, Doktor is equivalent to PhD level
