Confirmation of Award/Attendance
Please note that there is a charge of £10 for this service and a turnaround time of 10 working days from receipt of payment.
The letter confirms the following:
- Course studied
- Dates of attendance
- Award achieved (if applicable)
- Language of study
Consent form / Proof of identification
Applications from former students - If you are a former student making an application, you will need to upload a scan of photographic identification e.g. driving licence or passport.
Applications from third parties (e.g. recruitment agencies, referencing agencies) - We are only able to accept requests from third parties which have a University of South Wales consent form completed and attached. Please download the consent form and attach when completing the online form below. Please do not attach any other consent form as they will not be accepted.

Once the online form has been completed you will receive an automated response providing details on how to make the payment of £10.
