Examinations

Exams, Certification and Graduation are responsible for managing the University’s centrally organised examinations. They are responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling and publicising all centrally organised examinations
  • Training and appointing Examination Invigilators
  • Running all centrally organised examinations
  • Coordinating the provision of examination papers for examinations
  • Facilitating examination support for candidates who require alternative arrangements

We also act as an examination centre for candidates of other universities wishing to sit examinations at the University of South Wales.

If you are unable to attend the meeting as scheduled and you have modules / students being presented, please arrange a representative and notify your Student Administration contact who that will be prior to the meeting.

The deadline for the submission of marks is seven days prior to the meeting. If you experience any difficulty in meeting this deadline, please inform your usual Student Administration contact.
