Admissions Policy
The University's Ty Crawshays building at Treforest, Pontypridd.

At the University of South Wales, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and the Enquiries and Admissions Team continually monitors feedback and addresses concerns brought to their attention by staff, students, applicants, or enquirers.

We recognise, however, that there may be occasions when an enquirer or applicant will feel dissatisfied with the service provided by the University’s Enquiries and Admissions Team, any procedures which are part of the enquiry and admissions process, and/or outcomes of any of these processes.

How to make a complaint or appeal

This policy contains in-depth guidance on the process, including what is categorised as a complaint or an appeal, how to make said complaint or appeal, and how we store, process and monitor all submissions. Complaints and appeals can be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated any less favourably than complaints and appeals made in English.
