Come and join in the fun

  • Newport Campus (Ground Floor): 11am – 4pm.
  • Sports Park, Nantgarw (ground floor reception area): 12pm – 2pm.

  • Cardiff Campus (ground floor): 11am – 4pm.
  • Glyntaff Campus (Zone café Lower Glyntaff): 12pm – 2pm.

  • Treforest, Pontypridd Campus (Students Union, Fitzone & Stilts Café): 11am - 4pm.

WHAT DO I DO? WHERE DO I GO?

  • No need to register, just follow the WelcomeFest signs and listen out for the music!
  • If you don’t like loud music and busy spaces, why not arrive 15 mins before the official start time to enjoy the quiet time. Contact [email protected] if you have any specific requirements and we will do our best to support you.
  • Discounts on food are on a first come, first served basis, so don’t leave it too late to get to the event. No cash sales, card payments only.
  • Everyone is new and keen to make friends so feel free to hang around and chat to people
  • Don’t forget to scan the QR code to enter competition to win Amazon vouchers and give us feedback on WelcomeFest events
