Induction Timetables

Your induction timetable will be available in your Microsoft Outlook calendar from the week commencing the 6th of January. Make sure you’ve set up your IT account and enrolled so that you can access the timetable. Copies of induction timetables can be requested by emailing [email protected] from the 6th of January if you've not enrolled by this date.

Teaching Timetables: New students

Your teaching timetable will be available in Microsoft Outlook calendars from the week commencing the 6th of January, after completing enrolment. For students enrolling after the 6th, they will appear in their calendars within 48 hours of enrolling. Students who need early access to their timetable because of childcare, caregiving responsibilities, or other reasons can submit a request via Advice Zone Online. These will normally be provided within two working days.

Teaching Timetables: Returning students

Returning students will have access to their teaching timetable once they have re-enrolled. You can access your USW Outlook calendar via the UniLife homepage.
