For Sophie Kift, Digital Programme Delivery Manager at HEIW, one of the most valuable aspects of the Women’s Leadership Programme has been the environment created by bringing women together to learn, reflect and share their experiences.

Through practical leadership exercises and open discussion, the programme provides opportunities to challenge thinking, explore different perspectives and learn from the experiences of others.
