Clearing Checklist
Clearing opens on the 5th of July. To support you through the process, we’ve put together a checklist to help you prepare.

1. Find your course
Think of Clearing as your opportunity to explore all your options – sometimes the perfect course may be something you haven’t considered yet, so it’s important to keep an open mind. You may want to make a shortlist of all the things that matter most to you, such as subjects, teaching styles, locations or assessment methods.
Courses available at USW2. Let’s chat
Ring our Clearing helpline on 03455 76 06 06. Make sure you have your exam results, UCAS number (if you have one), and course choice ready when you call us. We will help you to check entry requirements and may even offer you a place on the spot.
3. Check your inbox
Once you have applied through Clearing, keep an eye on your emails for important updates including interview details or your confirmation email if you’re all set.
4. Don't stress
If your grades aren’t what you expected, there is no need to panic. We can guide you to other relevant course options that suit you – unless we have already sent you an alternative offer. You still have the opportunity to study from this September.
