Advice Zone

The Advice Zone is a team of people within USW that acts as a first point of contact for all student enquiries. They can give confidential advice on anything that affects your ability to study. They work with other teams, including the services listed below, to help you get the overall support you need. 
 
You can phone, email, or see the Advice Zone in person. You don't need to book an appointment. Contact the Advice Zone.

Advice Zone Online is USW's online student support platform. It's used by the Advice Zone and by most of USW's other support services to offer information, answer questions, book appointments and more.

You may not personally come into contact with crime and reassuringly the majority of students don’t but by taking a few precautions, you can actively reduce the chances of opportunist behaviour.
