Hannah Cord-Jenkins

Someone I have never failed to admire is Nathalie Czechowski, our Chief Information Officer.

I would say there are two main reasons for this (but so many others I could talk about). Firstly, to be a young female that is starting out their career within the 'IT world', a world that is considered to be 'male-dominated', it is very inspirational seeing Nath lead our department. She leads with such authority and determination and never allows herself to be discouraged from her vision. And yet, she makes sure that her team feel that we are all apart of said vision, we all have a voice, we all have a role to play and we are all important.

This leads to my second point, Nath takes time to seek out opportunities for me, she provides valuable guidance and feedback so that I can continue to achieve the best I can and has shown kindness and genuine interest in all I do, whether it's inside or outside of work, despite having a department to run. I will always be grateful for all she has done to help me to get to the point I am at now and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.

She has been and continues to be a fantastic mentor and role model - Thank you, Nath!
