International Accommodation - Payments

You will receive an invitation to apply for accommodation via email once you have accepted your offer with USW. When applying, you can select your desired room type and other preferences.
International Students are required to make payment in full in advance for their accommodation.
- If you have already secured your visa at the time you complete your room selection, please make payment in full to complete your booking.
- If you have not yet secured your visa at the time you complete room selection, please make payment of £1000 (when you select your room and sign the licence agreement) and then pay the remaining balance when you get your visa.
Note: The full balance of your accommodation fees must be paid before you move in.

University of South Wales has partnered with CIBC to provide you with an easy and secure method of sending international fee payments for your halls accommodation.
