Early Years and Youth and Community Rooms

These 2 classrooms house the various educational resources and materials Early Years and Youth Work students will use throughout their studies, which includes a lovely reading corner.

Learning Centre

Here, students can use the computer facilities, borrow learning resources, or work together in groups on the comfy sofas. Towards the back of the Learning Centre there is also a quiet room for students to use who would like some silent study.

Counselling and Psychotherapy rooms

Our counselling and psychotherapy students have access to multiple dual use rooms including five counselling rooms, a family and child room and four Art and Music Therapy rooms.

Simulated Primary Classrooms and Science Lab

These facilities are used by both our Primary and Secondary Teaching students. Our teacher training facilities incorporate the latest technology to support teaching and learning experiences.

Rooftop garden

Our rooftop garden is a great place to be on a sunny day and has stunning views of the city, river and rolling hills in the distance.

Advice Zone

You can see the Advice Zone Helpdesk which has staff available to help students locate the right resources for their needs

National Cyber Security Academy

Our Cyber facilities include a Secure Operations Centre with computer stations and classrooms where students and businesses will work together.

Students’ Union Pod

Here our helpful Students’ Union officers can give you all the information you need to know about obtaining NUS cards, clubs, teams and societies and can provide advice, guidance and representation throughout your student journey.

Food Court

Our food court offers a range of hot and cold meals and beverages for staff and students during term time. There is also a Starbucks Cafe near the main reception offering a selection of sandwiches, snacks and their famous coffees.

THE CAMPUS IS LOCATED IN NEWPORT CITY CENTRE, NEAR GYMS, RESTAURANTS, AND A VARIETY OF SHOPPING OUTLETS. IT PROVIDES A REALLY ENCOURAGING ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS.
