Make a Payment

Pay in full or set up a recurring card payment plan for your Tuition and/or Accommodation Fees.

Please note that any tuition or accommodation payments made may take up to two working days to be reflected on your student UniLife account.

In order to access online payments, you will need your student ID number and student date of birth.

Important

We strongly advise that payments for your tuition or accommodation are made by yourself or an immediate trustworthy family member (mother/father/brother/sister/husband/wife/paternal and maternal aunt or uncle) and not by a third party or unrelated person. Any refund of money paid to the University of South Wales will only be refunded back to the original payer via the original payment method/account.

The University has an obligation to know where all payments they receive are coming from, so sometimes extra checks are completed regarding the origin of your fee payment.

Failure to provide the information, when requested by the Financial Compliance Team, will result in your payment being refunded.
