Remote Access

Remote access to USW machines is provided by 'Splashtop'. This application will allow you to create an account and remotely access USW machines on campus (such as student lab machines) from a different location, such as at home.

How to access:
Please use this link to access the Splashtop Service.

• Select the 'SSO option' to login with your USW email address.
• If this is your first time using the service, an account will be created for you.
• When logged in, you will see a list of USW machines that you can choose to access. Machines in blue are powered on, machines in grey are offline and currently unavailable.
• You can use the search facility (top right) to locate a specific machine that you're looking for.
• There is also the option to download the ‘Business App’. This app will be installed on your machine and will provide you with more options to use the service.
