Students: Printing from USW Library and Lab MACs

Please take your time to ensure all details are correct when entering them.

Adding Print Credit

Visit: selfserviceprinting.southwales.ac.uk from any device and enter your full USW email address.

You may need to select ‘use desktop version’ on some mobile devices to access full features.

• Select Add Credit on the side bar and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Select Jobs Pending Release to view balance.

Follow these steps to setup

Sign into the pop-up window using your USW email address identity.

The FollowMe client will now install on your Mac. 

You can check if the printer is present by going into System Preferences and selecting Printers and Scanners. 

The FollowMe printer can be seen below. 

When printing please ensure the FollowMe queue is selected. 

On printing you may be asked for your user credentials. Your username should automatically be populated, type in your password and click OK.
