Using Scan on the new Multifunctional Printers
Please take your time to ensure all details are correct when entering them.
When logged into the printer, select scan.
Place your documents on the scanning glass or in the document feeder and press start. This will scan using the scanning defaults displayed.
To change these settings press settings before pressing start.
The first time you scan you will receive an email asking you to login to OneDrive for Business.
Click the login button and after a few seconds you should have confirmation it has worked.
Shortly after this, you will receive your scan confirmation.
You can either click to open it in a browser or browse to the scan on your PC.
On a PC these scans are located under OneDrive – Apps – Scans for PaperCut.
On a Mac these scans are located under OneDrive – Apps – Scans for PaperCut.
