The ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management demonstrates how you’re developing your leadership and management capability. The assessment task lets you relate your learning directly to the experience within your organisation, asking you to combine theory with practiCe.   

You’ll create:  

• 2 written assignments of 2500 words on an area of responsibility.
