Our aim is to provide support and opportunities for students to relax, engage with others and boost wellbeing. We do this with a combination of inclusive, interactive and fun activities and events.

The team works closely with students, to empower your mental and physical health and create a community where you feel supported and valued.

Together, we hope to nurture resilience and wellbeing that lasts beyond your time studying with us. And have a good time along the way!

What we do

We provide a range of free activities and events across campuses that are accessible to all students. Our activities are designed to promote self-care, relaxation and build community. We hope that by coming to our activities you’ll leave feeling great and more connected than you did before and build relationships with your peers and the team.

Some examples of what we offer are:

  • Craft and creativity workshops
  • Nutrition and cooking workshops
  • Fitness sessions
  • Self-defence classes
  • Walk and talks
  • Talking groups
  • Animal interactions (therapy dogs!)
  • Mental health workshops (sleep, anxiety, stress, time management and more)
  • Trips off campus
