USW Health Team appointments

Treforest & Cardiff campuses

Face-to-face and telephone appointments can be booked via Advice Zone Online.  Please include your mobile number and a short description of your health issue in the notes section of the booking form.

Newport campus

We are unable to provide face-to-face nurse appointments at Newport campus, however, telephone appointments are available and can be booked via Advice Zone Online. Please include your mobile number and a short description of your health issue in the notes section of the booking form.

Please note (telephone appointments): If you have booked a telephone appointment, we will call you at the time you have selected. This call may come from a withheld number. Please check your phone settings to confirm you can receive these types of calls.

On-campus doctors appointments (Treforest)

Ashgrove Surgery provide GP services for students who live in the Treforest area. Make sure you are registered with them.

They usually hold GP appointments on Treforest campus every other Wednesday afternoon.  To book, please call Ashgrove Surgery on 01443 404 444 or email [email protected].

NB: doctors appointments cannot be booked via Advice Zone Online.
