Choosing the University of South Wales to study Accounting and Finance
I chose to study BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance at USW because the modules aligned well with the knowledge I wanted to gain. Additionally, the tuition fees were more cost-effective than other universities, making it the best choice for me.
Although I couldn’t attend an Open Day as I arrived just three days before my course started, I quickly felt at home once I began. The teaching style has been a standout feature of my experience—the lectures are relaxed, engaging, and interactive, making learning both fun and effective.

Through the career services’ emails, I secured a volunteering role as a Student Accounting Support Assistant, which allowed me to gain practical experience. I’ve also enjoyed networking with people from diverse backgrounds and attending guest lectures from industry professionals, which have been invaluable for gaining insights into the finance sector.
