Episode 2: Go Big or Go Home

Karma Sherab (aka Da Tako) is a young man from Bhutan with a desire to be a famous rapper. We hear about the challenges he faced just to study at USW, the pressure on him to not only do well, but also be an unofficial ambassador for his country (Some of you may have seen this film at the CELT Learning & Teaching Conference in June 2023).

A student on the MA Songwriting and Production course, Karma wants to blaze a trail for other young people to make a living from music in Bhutan, a small country without a music industry as found in the UK, USA and many other countries.
