- We keep some appointments back to book on each day (from 9am)
- Appointments are available in person, via Teams or telephone
- Calls will be from a 'withheld' number, so make sure your phone will receive them
- Have your Student Finance paperwork or your customer reference number ready – with passwords and secret answers, to be able to access your online student finance account.
Please note that you may also need to set up 'consent to share' on your student finance account, so that we can speak to your provider to help resolve issues, without you being present.
If you need help completing a Student Support Fund form, it would be beneficial if you have completed what you can of the form and have all your relevant paperwork – such as:
- Student Finance information
- current 2 x months full bank statements for each account you (and your partner, if living as a couple) hold in your name(s),
- any further additional information requested on the form checklist.
