The Postgraduate Certificate CAMH (Child and Adolescent Mental Health) is distinctive in that it provides a non-clinical route for generalist and more specialist practitioners, managers and researchers to develop their knowledge of CAMH.

You’ll have the unique opportunity to explore the current psychological understandings of both childhood and adolescence, exploring how these help to explain both typical and atypical development.

We combine expert teaching with hands-on learning experiences that allow you to explore the challenges that children face as the develop, as well as how to overcome these using a range of methods, research and the therapeutic tools used by practitioners in the real world.

The emphasis of our Childhood Studies degree is on exploring childhood from a global perspective to develop or strengthen your understanding of factors that affect a child’s holistic development, health and wellbeing.

Our Civil and Construction Engineering degree will give you vital practical and academic training for a career in civil engineering. There are practical field courses in the UK, and you'll have the opportunity to complete a work placement as part of your studies.

If you thought university wasn’t for you but the world of work has made you think again, our HNC in Civil Engineering might be for you. It’s a vocational qualification, equivalent to the first year of a degree and offered part-time while you work.

On this Civil Engineering degree, you’ll study fundamental engineering principles, underpinned by mathematics, health and safety, and sustainability. You’ll learn how to use industry-standard software for the design and construction of civil engineering projects. There are also opportunities for field trips and work placements.

The MSc programme is your opportunity to establish or consolidate your career as a Civil Engineer. Your studies will develop critical and analytical skills, and management expertise needed to manage civil engineering projects and implement sustainable solutions. The course will provide the learning required to progress to Chartered Engineer status.
