What is an interview day?

An interview day is your chance to see what studying at USW is really like. You’ll meet staff and students, explore the campus in person or online, and get a feel for university life.

It’s also an opportunity for us to get to know you better. We want to hear about your interests, your ambitions, and what excites you about the course you’ve chosen.

It’s not just about the interview. You’ll be able to ask questions and start picturing yourself as a student, studying their dream course.

What to expect at your interview

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed and supported every step of the way.

You’ll take part in a subject interview where you can share your passion for the course, your experiences, and your future goals. Your interview panel will usually include a lecturer and a clinician, and sometimes a service user too.

You’ll also get to explore your course in more detail, meet current students, and discover what makes USW such a great place to study.

Before the day, we’ll send you everything you need to prepare, and our team will be on hand to help with any questions. Our goal is to help you feel confident and ready to shine.
