Returning Students

How to re-enrol

You can enrol for your next academic year or session online. Eligible students will receive an email inviting them to complete the re-enrolment process. All current students can re-enrol online, no matter which year you joined the University. For re-enrolment, we don't need to see you in person. You simply need to:

  • Log into your Student Record
  • Complete the questionnaire
  • Select optional modules, if you have any.

Teaching Timetables

As a returning student you will have access to your teaching timetable once you have re-enrolled. Your new timetable will appear in your USW Outlook calendar.

Lost or replacement cards

The student ID card issued to you in the first year of your course is valid until the expiry date shown on the card. If you think this expiry is incorrect or needs extending please contact your Advice Zone.

If you have lost your ID card, you can order a replacement from the University's online store for £5, and you will receive a receipt through email. Cards can be collected from the Advice Zone at your campus. You will need to take the 4 digit receipt number to the Advice Zone to be able to collect your new card.
