Network75 students apply their academic knowledge to real-life work within their host company gaining the necessary skills, experience and qualifications that are highly sought after by industry.


Do you want experience as well as a degree?

As a Network75 Trainee you will gain 5 years of industry experience, based in a local company. You will be working on real life projects and can even gain additional qualifications/training – you won’t just be making tea!

During term time you will spend 3 days a week at your host company. During holiday periods you will be with your host company 5 day per week - don’t worry all Network75 Trainees have holiday leave so you will still be able to relax!

Network75 has 100% employability for the schemes’ graduates, who can be found in companies across South Wales (and the World!). They even mentor the current generation of Network75 Trainees.


Degree Courses

Network75 offers a range of degrees so there’s something for everyone. You will attend university 2 days a week, in lectures with other USW students and have access to all the facilities and support services on offer. You will even get 6 days study leave from placement each year to help prepare for your exams.

Do you want to earn while you learn?

Network75 Trainees can choose to graduate debt free as their host company sponsors their tuition fees.

As a Network75 trainee, you have a Training Agreement with USW. You will receive a tax-free bursary which increases each academic year. We split the bursary into 12 equal payments meaning you receive the same amount each month. The minimum bursary is £6,500 in year 1 with a £1,000/year increase. Most of our host companies fund additional bursary payments and you can also apply for a Part-Time Learners Grant!
