Understanding your Result
All results are published via the Results Service. The service will display your confirmed results following assessment boards. By clicking on the overall grade within the service you will be directed to a page specifically relating to your grade that provides an explanation of what the confirmed grade means, along with any other supplementary information and links which you may find useful.
You can also find a breakdown of your module grade and assessment marks by selecting the applicable sitting e.g., ‘First Sitting’ or ‘Second Sitting’ under the ‘Overview’ title.
Should you wish to see a full list of grades, please see 'Overall Grades' below.

Graduate Route and Completion of Course: If you have successfully passed your degree, the University will proceed to confirm this with UKVI. They will be informed that you have successfully completed your course as part of its Graduate Route reporting responsibilities. If you are not satisfied with your outcome and are considering making an academic appeal, or a claim for post-board extenuating circumstances, which means your results may be subject to change, please contact the Immigration & International Student Advice Team as a matter of urgency.
Graduate Route and Resits or Repeats: If you are in the final year of Graduate Route studies and intend to apply at the end of your course, please be aware that resits and repeats may affect your ability to successfully apply for the Graduate Route.
If you have resits or repeats, you may need a visa extension. In some cases, this may also mean that you are not eligible for the Graduate Route. If you have resits or repeats, please contact the Immigration and International Student Advice team at [email protected] as soon as possible; they can provide further advice.
